Valley Transit bus stops are on the Fifth Avenue side of Providence St. Mary and the Providence Medical Group Chase Medical Complex. Shuttles from area convalescent centers, retirement centers, Dial-a-Ride and Appointment Keepers stop immediately outside the front doors of the hospital, Providence Medical Group Chase Medical Complex and Providence Medical Group Poplar Medical Complex.

The Grape Line is a transit company that runs from Pasco to Walla Walla. It stops in Wallula, Touchet and College Place, the Walla Walla Transit Center and the Walla Walla Regional Airport.
