The Sub-Acute Center at Holy Cross Medical Center is devoted to the treatment and care of patients with additional and unique needs. Through an interdisciplinary approach to patient care, doctors at the Sub-Acute Center are able to maintain a homelike environment for patients while attending to their physical and psychosocial needs.
Our skilled medical teams of physicians, nurses, therapists, dietitians and case managers work in partnership to treat sub-acute patients. They strive to create an environment that minimizes disease progression, helps stabilize patients and returns patients to their highest level of independence and function.
