Patient Information
At St. Patrick Hospital, we believe that as a patient, you have the right to be well-informed, treated with respect and dignity and to participate in the decisions which affect your health care. We invite you to understand your rights as a patient so we can help you have the best medical outcome possible.
St. Patrick Hospital’s administration and staff respects our patients’ choices for treatment and other aspects of their care. We believe this trust enhances collaboration between patients, their families and caregivers at St. Patrick Hospital.
All patients being admitted to St. Patrick Hospital must bring their insurance cards and personal identification (driver’s license, college ID, tribal ID). St. Patrick Hospital protects your identity by scanning your ID cards into our secure information system in order to verify.
Please leave all personal belongings at home. If you have personal items you must use during your hospital stay, ensure your items have an escort home so they aren’t left behind or lost.
At St. Patrick Hospital, we’re committed to your health and safety. Please help us by following safety precautions. You play a vital role in your care by becoming an active, involved and informed member of your health care team.
“I can’t afford this pill, so I just won't take it.”
This is a familiar sentence heard from patients. People may be looking for employment and have no insurance, or if they do have jobs, they can’t afford their company’s health plan. And, many companies are only offering their employees high-deductible health plans. Although people on high-deductible plans have health insurance, they can’t always afford their medications.
We find resources to help patients pay for their medicine. If you need help with your medication costs, please call 406-329-2706.
