Flu Shot Clinics by Appointment

For the safety of all patients and staff, you will need an appointment for a flu shot this year. We will be offering the flu vaccine to Facey patients during any regularly scheduled in-person office visit. If you do not already have an in-person office visit scheduled in the next few months, you can make a single appointment for yourself and your entire family to receive a flu shot during our weekday schedule below or by attending on of our Saturday flu clinics.
