Providence announces tentative agreements with Oregon Nurses Association at all eight hospitals

With encouragement from Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek, Providence and Oregon Nurses Association bargaining teams have been in mediation for the past week. We’re pleased to announce that complete tentative agreements have been reached with nurses at all eight of our Providence Oregon hospitals.

ONA will share details with its members about the terms of the contracts and will schedule ratification votes.

Additional operational details will be announced following those votes.

Negotiations continue with hospitalists at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center.

Providence is grateful for the tireless work done by everyone involved in this process, as well as those who have been working in our hospitals caring for our communities during the ONA strike.

Tentative agreements ratified at Providence Women's Clinic

Providence Women’s Clinic is pleased that its nurses, physicians and providers represented by the Oregon Nurses Association have voted to ratify their tentative agreements.

PWC physicians, providers and nurses will return to work beginning Thursday, Feb. 6. All PWC caregivers should report to their home clinic per their regular schedule. We aim to return to regular operations as smoothly as possible.  Patients with questions should contact their clinic directly.

PWC leaders will meet with represented providers and caregivers to support their return to work in the coming days.

All of us at PWC are committed to work together, move forward and focus on what matters most: continuing to provide excellent care to our patients.
