In our 24-bed Level III NICU, world-class care meets compassion to nurture and support our tiniest patients and their families through critical early moments. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by highly trained specialists including 24/7 board-certified neonatologists, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care.
While working closely with each parent and creating a supportive and compassionate environment, our team utilizes advanced equipment and evidence-based strategies in diagnosing and treating critically ill newborns.

As a Level III NICU, we strive to provide the highest quality care to all newborns.
- Areas of expertise: birth asphyxia, breathing disorders, prematurity, heart problems, infections, malnutrition, jaundice, withdrawal, and more.
- Diagnostics and treatments offered: therapeutic hypothermia, nitric oxide, video EEG, oxygen therapy, IV therapy, blood transfusions, feeding assistance, phototherapy, advanced imaging, swallow studies, and more.
- State-of-the-art equipment: Giraffe Omnibed Carestation incubators, AngelEye cameras, conventional mechanical ventilators, high frequency jet and oscillatory ventilators, negative pressure isolation room, Stryker Incubator transporter, and more.
In our NICU, we prioritize family-centered care, actively involving families in the treatment process to ensure they feel supported and informed every step of the way. We tailor personalized treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each infant, ensuring that both medical and emotional needs are addressed with the utmost care and precision.
- The AngelEye CameraSystem offers private live streaming video access of your baby in the NICU.
- Early kangaroo (skin-to-skin) care, which stabilizes baby’s vital signs, promotes bonding and early breastfeeding.
- Individual appointments with lactation consultants. We also offer free outpatient visits after discharge.
- A parent sleep room for parents to stay close to their newborns and prepare for discharge.
- Individualized social work consults to address needs such as discharge referrals, postpartum depression screening, and more.
- We are a proud partner with the Ronald McDonald House for families from out of town.

- We offer 24/7 immediate access to an on-site ambulance for emergent needs.
