Mandatory Provider Education

To meet compliance with state, federal and contractual requirements all Providers who participate in Medicaid/Medicare Advantage programs are required to complete Compliance, FWA, Cultural Competency, Disability Awareness, CMS Model of care training with Cultural Competency Training with SB 923 Gender Affirming Care.

The trainings are offered below in PDF format and at the end of each training, an attestation is provided to receive credit for completing. An option to email yourself a certificate of completion is also available at the end of the Attestation.

• Required for all Providers: Compliance & FWA
• Required for all non-California Providers: Cultural Competency Training
• California Providers only: Cultural Competency Training with SB 923 Gender Affirming Care
