Senior Care
As we age, it's important to take the proper steps necessary to maintain optimal health. With multidisciplinary teams who focus on the needs of seniors, Providence makes it easy to manage your health as you get older.
Providence recognizes that with aging there is a broad spectrum of health care needs. For some, it's some extra help at home to complete daily chores. To others, it's skilled nursing to manage a chronic illness.
Wherever your needs fall, we provide the compassionate, skilled care to allow you to enjoy your senior years.
Our senior care teams often includes geriatric physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, pharmacists, registered dietitians and elder care consultants, all of whom work together to manage your health needs as you age.
Your wellness team takes a holistic approach to care, taking into consideration the needs of your body, mind and spirit. By collaborating with each other and partnering with patients, our team is able to develop a plan that addresses the medical and personal needs of both the patient and their loved ones.
Your senior care team serves you by addressing:
