We offer services that help adults to manage their mental health symptoms and learn skills so they may get the most out of life. Services include a highly structured intensive outpatient program, a less frequent aftercare program, an older adult treatment group, and a depression and anxiety group that meets weekly.
If gambling is taking over your life, we can help. If you gamble compulsively, are unable to set limits or stop, gambling may have become an addiction. Like any addiction, a gambling disorder requires treatment, counseling and support. Our specially trained, certified counselors can work with you. We offer screening and assessment, as well as individual and group treatment for adults.
If you are considering quitting tobacco and nicotine, Providence Behavioral Health & Recovery can help. We offer a free, six-week tobacco cessation education program. A certified tobacco treatment specialist will provide you the support and education you need. We will help you understand the nicotine dependency cycle, know what medications may work for you, make a plan to quit when you’re ready, and identify and deal with withdrawal symptoms.
Doctors say quitting can lower your blood pressure and heart rate almost immediately. And your risk of a heart attack declines within 24 hours.
We are committed to supporting the emotional, psychological and social well-being of our community. We offer services to help people manage their mental health symptoms and learn skills to get the most out of life. Treatment goals are individualized for each person’s needs.
We offer an intensive outpatient program for adults which can be an effective alternative to inpatient mental health care for some and a bridge or transitional step after a recent hospitalization for others.
We also offer an aftercare group as continuation of services at a less intensive frequency, and older adult groups for ongoing support and monitoring, as well as a weekly depression and anxiety group to teach patients how to regulate emotions and manage symptoms.
In addition, we offer individual counseling services for eligible adults. Services begin with an assessment and treatment plan.
These services are not performed at this location. Please read below for more information about the location of services.
