About Spine Care
Spine care refers to taking care of your neck and back, including the bones called vertebrae and the muscles that support them. To keep your back healthy and strong, maintain good posture, exercise regularly and avoid lifting heavy objects or wearing heavy backpacks. If you do develop a spine condition, it could be the result of an injury or disease, or of wear and tear on your body.

Recovery
We have a lot of great resources to help you recover after a spine procedure. To start, you’ll receive a Spine Booklet before surgery. The booklet includes a home safety checklist and information about activities after discharge to keep your recovery on track. Also, please remember that your pain medications need to be refilled 72 hours in advance at most offices.
