Cable TV is provided in all of the apartments at no additional charge.

Heritage House is a thriving non-profit assisted living community. We are so grateful for your support to help us create a warm and welcoming home filled with a wide range of activities for our residents.
Generous gifts from the community help us provide care for our residents and enhance their quality of life. In recent years, donated funds helped us buy computers for the residents’ computer lab, free weights and furniture for an outside seating area.
Donations also help fund our activity program featuring seasonal events, like a trip to the Ballard Locks in the summer, and our weekly Leisure Connections group which organizes activities like High Tea – complete with old China sets – and gardening on the front patio.
To learn more about how to make a tax deductible donation, call 206-382-4119.
The gift of your time is equally precious and we invite you to come volunteer at Heritage House. Volunteers socialize with residents, provide a variety of activities and contribute to Heritage House in many ways.
Residents, family members and friends are encouraged to become volunteers. The staff coordinates the program to provide appropriate placement and orientation of volunteers. We have ongoing needs for volunteers to:
- Serve meals in the dining room.
- Help with beverage services during meals.
- Facilitate group activities and games (trivia, bingo and Wii).
- Provide companionship.
- Escort residents to appointments/walk with them in the community.
- Every single volunteer is a treasured member of our community and brings joy to our residents’ lives.
